- Enquiries
- From the website, Instagram and Facebook in one list. You see who is new, who has been called and who has signed up.
- Clients
- A record with contacts, visit history and payments. Search by name and phone number.
- Memberships and payments
- Who has paid, whose membership is running out, who owes money. Freezes and make-up classes if you use them.
- Schedule
- Classes or bookings by day, room and specialist. You move them by dragging.
- Staff
- Everyone has their own login. The administrator sees one thing, the manager another.
- Reports
- Revenue, attendance, staff pay. Calculated automatically, without Excel.

After launch you can add support from €20 a month: updates, backups and small changes.

Why a custom CRM when there are ready-made ones?
A ready-made one is fine if you are happy to work the way it was designed. A custom one makes sense when you need memberships, a schedule or reports the ready-made one lacks, and when you do not want to pay a subscription for years.
Can you move my clients from Excel?
Yes. We move clients, memberships and payment balances, so you do not start with an empty database.
Where is the data stored?
On your hosting. Only you and the staff you have given access to can see it.
Will the CRM work on a phone?
Yes. It opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Can I see your clients’ CRMs?
No, they hold people’s personal data. That is what the demos with made-up data are for: they open right in your browser.
