01Who is responsible for your data

This site is run by KREE Web Studio, Chișinău, Moldova. The studio is not a legal entity: its owner is responsible for your data as a private individual and is the data controller under Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

We do not store your IP address, and we learn your country from your browser time zone. What you type into the form reaches us only after you press “Send request”. We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion and so on), make no automated decisions about you and build no advertising profiles.

03Cookies and what is stored in your browser

Strictly speaking, the site does not use classic cookies but entries in your browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). For the law it is the same thing, so we ask for consent the same way.

There are no ad pixels, Google Analytics, Facebook or other third-party trackers on this site.

If you refuse statistics, the site works fully: nothing is hidden or slowed down.

04Who we share data with

  • The hosting provider (Inovare-Prim SRL (IPHOST, iphost.md)): its server holds the site and the database with requests and statistics. It only stores them and does not use them.
  • Telegram: the owner gets a notification about each new request there, with the name, contact and what you wrote.

No one else. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. If a court or another authority requires it by law, we hand over only what is required.

05Your rights

  • to know what data we hold about you and get a copy;
  • to correct inaccurate data;
  • to have your data deleted;
  • to restrict processing or object to it;
  • to get your data in a convenient format to pass on to someone else;
  • to withdraw consent to statistics at any time. This does not make earlier processing unlawful;
  • to complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection: 48 Serghei Lazo St., Chișinău, MD-2004, datepersonale.md.

06How we protect it

The site works over HTTPS only. Only the owner can see requests and statistics, and the admin panel needs a password. We keep the minimum and delete it automatically when the term ends. If data leaks and this puts you at risk, we notify the National Center within 72 hours and let you know.

07If this page changes

The date of the last change is at the top of the page. If we change what we collect and why, the site will ask you about cookies again.
