What the website does for a salon
Clients write on Instagram in the evening and at night, and the administrator replies in the morning. By then some have booked with another salon.
A website with online booking shows the stylists’ free times at any hour. The client picks a service, a stylist and a time, gets a confirmation and a reminder before the visit.
Stylists are not interrupted by calls, and the administrator sees the whole day in one calendar.

What goes on the website
- Services and prices
- A price list with the length of each service. You change prices yourself in the admin panel.
- Stylists
- Photo, name and what each one does. The client books with the person they chose.
- Online booking
- Only free times: existing bookings, breaks and days off are taken into account.
- Photos of your work
- Haircuts, colouring, manicure. You add them yourself in the admin panel.
- Contacts and map
- Address, opening hours and messenger buttons. The booking link can go into your Instagram profile.
What the administrator gets
- Calendar by stylist
- Each one has a column. You see who is free and whose day is full.
- New bookings
- A booking from the site appears in the calendar marked “New”. The administrator confirms it with one button.
- Moving
- Drag a booking to another time. If that time is taken, the calendar will not let you drop it there.
- Messages to the client
- The client gets a message when the booking is confirmed or moved, and a reminder before the visit.
- Clients
- Who came when and for which services. Regular clients stand out at once.
